How it works
A focused review of your live settings, using read-only access provided by Microsoft or Google. We combine their built-in security tools with hand-checking of real user accounts, sign-in rules and sharing settings. You get a short list of fixes in priority order.
Do you need admin access?
No. We use read-only access (Global Reader for Microsoft 365, Reports Admin for Google Workspace). We can see your settings, not change them, and you can switch our access off the moment we're done.
Won't this overlap with our IT provider?
Usually not. Most IT providers focus on keeping things running and setting up users, not on checking security settings. Where there is overlap we'll point it out. It also helps to have the settings checked by someone who didn't set them up.
Microsoft already gives me a security score. Why pay for this?
That score is a useful start, but it doesn't tell you which gaps matter for your business, doesn't check your real users, and doesn't line up with the Essential Eight. We check it against your actual settings and turn it into a short fix list.
